Eco Mini Excavation was established in 2009 to provide earthmoving services for the greater Brisbane area from our North Brisbane base in The Gap.

While Eco Mini Excavation works with many trades and suppliers as director I am the sole employee.

I believe that with high quality output and reliability Eco Mini Excavation will retain not only valued clients but get ongoing referrals. My goal is to provide a service that will meet or exceed client expectations.

I am committed to continuous improvement and have an established quality management system to measure and improve our performance.

Systems and procedures in place:

• Client feedback collection and assessment

• Client complaints procedure

• Selection and performance of suppliers

• Training and development

• Measurable quality objectives which reflect the business aims
